Customer Satisfaction Survey 2019

98.4% of customers are satisfied with care from IP Live in Care

In order to ensure we are continually delivering the highest level of quality care. We ask all our customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey so that we can identify any areas for improvement. Thank you to all our customers who completed the survey and also to those who provide us with valuable feedback throughout the year.

“Nikki is a 5 star carer and we are blessed for having her care for dad – she is very intuitive and adapts to his moods. She can instantly tell when she gets him up in the morning what kind of day they are going to have and adjusts the plans/care accordingly. He has responded very well to her”

We have used the following five key values inspected by Care Quality Commission (CQC) for this survey. These values are also imbedded into everything that we do, and form part of  our aims and objectives. These values are:

  • Well- led

We are very pleased with our live in carer and the way she approaches her duties in her caring role, she needs no prompting to complete her role she just does it!”

We are delighted to see that this year we continually to receive a high level of customer satisfaction. In our survey we have received positive feedback on our care and  service, with results showing that nearly 100% of everyone who completed the survey would recommend our homecare services to their friends and family.
