For many years, we’ve been supporting those living with brain injuries, stroke, spinal injuries and support many with neurodegenerative conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease.
Choosing to instruct the help of a live in carer is a big decision, and one that shouldn’t be taken lightly. However, we know from years of experience that customers are able to live a happier, more independent life when supported by one of our experienced carers in the comfort of their own home.
When you contact us, we’ll arrange an initial FREE onsite visit, during which one of our Care Managers will meet with the customer (and often their immediate friends and family) to discuss their ongoing live in care needs.
Personalised Live In Care
Our team will then put together a personalised live in care plan alongside healthcare professionals to provide the right kind of care for you. As they will be spending so much time together, it’s important that the chosen carer shares common interests with the customer, and has a similar outlook on life.
Our carers, who have valuable experience in working with customers with a wide variety of care conditions, will be on hand to provide physical support and can help with everything from cooking and cleaning to managing their daily medication. The customer’s personal care will be attended to, ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
Above all, though, our live in carers are trained to offer friendship to those within their care. It’s this close relationship that encourages trust, which ultimately leads to a more enjoyable and fulfilling experience for both the carer and the individual.
