Judges at GHP found that IP Homecare demonstrated expertise within their homecare field, dedication to customer service, and commitment to excellence and innovation. Staff were kind and caring and treated people with dignity and respect. Furthermore, all staff understood what constituted abuse and knew what take action if abuse was suspected.
